 When so many words want to escape your mouth at the same time

That is when you become speechless.

utterly speechless

because there is not a language or action that expresses what you've been through

what you have felt

what you breathed in everyday

what you birthed 

no dictionary has brought together enough vowels and consonants that encapsulates that which is within
